CLAYTON EDDY

Clayton Eddy serves as Development Associate of Stanmore Partners and brings more than 5 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Stanmore Partners, Clayton served as a Project Manager and Estimator for the Hanover Company, a national leader in Class A luxury multifamily and mixed-use development, construction, and property management. While at the Hanover Company, Clayton was involved in the construction of a mixture of garden-style and high-rise developments in Texas totaling 740 units with a total project capitalization of over $200 million.

Clayton holds a BA from Texas A&M University and is currently a member of Urban Land Institute of Houston. Clayton resides in Houston with his wife, Kristen.
