Andrew Chambers serves as Director of Finance of Stanmore Partners, and has over 7 years of experience in the real estate business.  Andrew’s responsibilities include debt and equity financing, asset management oversight and financial underwriting.  Since joining Stanmore, Andrew has been involved in the development of over 1,400 class-A multifamily units in Texas and Florida valued at over $250 million.

Andrew holds an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi. Andrew is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multi Housing Council and Rice Business Partners.​

Andrew resides in Houston with his wife, Liz, a teacher at Kinkaid and his sons, Jack and Benjamin.
